Problem Statement
Tricycle transportation is one of the primary modes of travel in Rizal, yet the industry operates through fragmented systems managed by different barangays and TODA groups. The lack of standardized processes, centralized records, and driver verification makes it difficult for commuters to access reliable transportation and for operators to monitor registered drivers and address colorum (unregistered) operations.
Main Goal
Create a user-friendly digital platform that centralizes tricycle transportation services, enables commuters to book rides conveniently, and promotes the use of registered TODA drivers through a trusted and accessible ride-hailing experience.

Design Solution
Designed a centralized ride-hailing platform for tricycle services in Rizal, enabling commuters to connect with registered TODA drivers through a streamlined booking experience. The solution introduced a standardized transportation system while reducing reliance on unregistered operators. Usability testing with local drivers and commuters helped validate and refine the experience prior to implementation.
